Let's Talk

We get to know your ideas, venue, audience and budget. Whether you have a full brief or just the start of an idea, we'll help you explore the options, and we'll visit the venue if needed.

Proposal & Quote

We recommend the right mix of audio, lighting, video and staging, with a clear quote that shows exactly what's included, and we refine the scope together.

Design in 3D

Using professional 3D visualisation software, we show you the stage layout, screens, lighting and truss in your venue before anything is installed. We then adjust the design with you until it's right. You see it before the show, so you know what to expect.

04.

Planning & Preparation

We handle the logistics, equipment prep, crew, schedules and liaison with your venue and other suppliers, so you can focus on your event. Careful preparation means fewer surprises.

05.

Build, Show & De-Rig

Our technicians install and test everything before the doors open, then run the show from the first moment to the final applause. Afterwards we de-rig and leave the venue as agreed.
